late summer news

recording my new album “darker heaven” with shahzad ismaily in 2 weeks in brooklyn. very excited…he just produced one of my heroes, bonnie prince billy’s new album, and is a very multi-talented and interesting person who i’m sure will take my music into a beautiful sonic world. many of our musical likes intersect…from world arabic/japanese instruments to mark kozelek to vashti bunyan.

the album will be available in november and i will be going on tour with dao strom on the west coast to promote this new baby of mine.

the website is still slightly under construction but soon there will be more music available for download & tour dates.
